Brock Charles did an excellent job for me designing a thoughtful and space efficient extension for my home.  I had a slightly unusual plot and wanted to maximise the space available.  Steev achieved that excellently.  The build is now complete and I’m really pleased with the use of space, the feel of the extension and how it fits with the property.  I’m very confident that the use of a good architect was key in achieving that.  Steev and Andrew are detailed and thorough but not slow – they respond quickly and I’ve always found them willing to help on the phone.  I felt confident to trust their advice.

Steev and Andrew did a great job designing and managing a major house renovation project for us. The renovation included a 2 storey extension and an Ensuite bedroom in the loft. They also commissioned a survey company to survey the whole 1/2 acre site and then went on to use this to plan for 2 offices with drainage to be sited on the land. They were great to work with and nothing was ever a problem for them.  In addition to this their prices were very reasonable.

Great company with plenty of experience to give to make our dream extension become reality ! Our project included a 75 2m Orangery with open plan living.

We first met our Architect at Grand Designs live, we had a quick chat about an idea we had and found him very helpful and informative. When our project took off the ground we contacted Brock Charles Architects for their skills and input. We met our architect Steev on site and from there beginning he was helpful, knowledgeable and full of useful ideas we had not done anything like this before and we’d had a whole house to develop and refurbish.

Andrew and Steev are both inventive professional guys who gave my family some brilliant ideas for our extension. Our extension has changed the way we now use our house, the works knocked through our existing kitchen and dinning room, then extended outwards by an additional three metres. In addition to the kitchen/dinner we then also converted part of the existing garage into a wet room / laundry. I can only recommend you talk to these guys and then make your own decision. They worked really well for us.

We’ve used Brock Charles for a number of years and have found their service as good as you can get. Steev and Andrew are experienced and very knowledgeable, they interpreted our idea’s professionally and sympathetically, we would not hesitate to recommend them on any project. We approached Brock Charles to help us design a scheme to divide our 6000 sq ft listed property into 3 separate dwellings. All went smoothly and the planning permission was granted. A project that is ongoing is the demolition of 3 ex local authority houses and the development of 6-10 new properties on the site. Another project that is about to start is the development of 5 acres of land and an acre lake Brock Charles are designing 3 fishing lodges around the lake.
